Some of the responsibilities of a Kitchen Team Leader include:
* Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
* Consistently produce high-quality dishes according to specifications for our guests
* Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
* Assist with stock management, ordering, and supplies management
* Maintain the kitchen in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times
* Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
* Lead the team to achieve company targets
