Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + paid overtime (if required)
Hours: 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs
Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
* Supporting friendly fee earners on end-to-end residential conveyancing matters
* Drafting and managing legal documents (contracts, deeds, SDLT forms, and more)
* Communicating with clients, agents and solicitors – you're the calm in the chaos
* Handling Land Registry applications with precision and speed
* Managing diaries, meetings and minutes like a pro
* Being the go-to person for confidential and sensitive client matters
Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;
* Minimum 4 years of experience in residential property law
* Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
* Confident communicator with a warm, client-first approach
* Highly organised, detail-loving, and proactive
* MS Office whizz – bonus points if you've used case management systems
* CILEx or equivalent? Even better, but not essential
