Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. The primary focus of this role is to represent our entertainment business at wedding fairs, where you will take the lead in engaging with prospective clients, presenting our services, and securing bookings. For every confirmed booking with a 25% deposit, you will receive a £20 bonus. Wedding fairs typically last 3–4 hours and usually take place on Sundays throughout the year.
Responsibilities
* Represent our entertainment business at wedding fairs, engaging with prospective clients and promoting our services.
* Take the lead sales role during events by providing tailored information, answering questions, and securing bookings.
* Earn a £20 bonus for each confirmed booking with a 25% deposit taken at the event.
* Record client details accurately in our systems to confirm bookings and ensure smooth follow-up.
* Maintain a professional and positive client experience that reflects the values of the business.
* Manage time effectively to maximise engagement during each event.
Requirements
* Previous sales experience, ideally in events or customer-facing roles, is desirable.
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with prospective clients.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong people skills.
* Reliable and organised, able to record client information accurately in booking systems.
* Availability to attend wedding fairs (primarily Sundays, 3–4 hours per event).
* A valid driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, as events take place at various venues.
