About Us
RTN Therapies is an emerging provider of post-diagnostic support for people with ADHD and Autism. We are committed to delivering compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care through a range of evidence-based and person-centred approaches. Our services are designed to meet the real needs of individuals and families post-diagnosis, starting with interventions such as Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred Therapies. As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Service Development Manager to help shape, build, and implement our new portfolio of services.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and developing innovative post-diagnostic services. The Service Development Manager will work closely with the Founder/Managing Director to bring our vision to life — from designing service pathways to embedding the systems, processes, and communications that will enable high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in start-up or fast-growth environments, enjoys shaping services from the ground up, and is equally comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Service Design & Development
* Co-create service models for post-diagnostic interventions (e.g. group work, 1:1 therapy, family support).
* Research and recommend best practice frameworks (initially PACT, CBT, and person-centred approaches).
* Define client journeys and service pathways.
Operational Implementation
* Design and implement booking systems, records management, and documentation processes.
* Introduce and manage appropriate technology platforms (CRM, scheduling, communication tools).
* Develop templates, SOPs, and policies to support safe and consistent delivery.
Communication & Coordination
* Build internal and external communication flows.
* Liaise with clinicians, clients, and collaborators to support smooth implementation.
* Support recruitment and onboarding of therapists as services expand.
Monitoring & Improvement
* Establish service metrics and feedback loops.
* Develop quality assurance and client feedback mechanisms.
* Adjust and improve processes as services grow and scale.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Strong experience in service development, operational management, or project implementation within health, social care, or therapy settings.
* Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Confident with technology platforms (e.g. CRM, booking systems, secure communication tools).
* Understanding of and sensitivity to neurodivergent experiences (lived or professional).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience launching new services or working in start-up environments.
* Background in mental health, therapy, social work, or allied professions.
* Familiarity with PACT, CBT, or person-centred approaches.
* Experience working in private practice or small/medium clinical teams.
* PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management training.
* CPD or training in neurodiversity, autism, or ADHD.
Company Benefits
* Remote-first working
* Company pension
* Collaborative and supportive culture
* Opportunities for professional growth and CPD
