Room Leader (Level 3 Early Years) – Pre-School Room – £32,000 This Room Leader role sits at the heart of the pre-school room, supporting children aged 3–5 through their final early years stage. Day to day, you’ll lead practice in your room, guide your team, and ensure consistently high standards of care and learning Before You Apply Relevant, recent experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery setting is essential. A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is required. This role is not suitable for candidates without prior pre-school room experience.
