Your new role
Asa Senior Manager, you will work closely and alongside the director, helping to manage, oversee and review accounts for your own portfolio of small and local clients working in a range of industries.
Day-to-day duties will also include taking more of an advisory role helping to implement change whilst taking the lead on training, managing a team of 6 junior/senior staff members within the firm.
You will also be required to develop strong client knowledge and represent the firm professionally to build and maintain successful client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm is seeking a professional Senior Manager with extensive experience working within practice, as well as having a proven track record of coaching junior/senior team members. You will be ACA/ ACCA qualified. The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent leadership and managerial skills with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to help you to build strong client relationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skills.
