What’s the journey?
Begin with a 3‑month foundation at our new technical academy, then deploy to customer sites with experienced technicians, alternating practical fieldwork with classroom education.
Typical Day
* Work in varied locations: schools, colleges, commercial kitchens, sporting venues.
* Build a portfolio demonstrating competence across the training programme.
* Perform preventive maintenance, callouts and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment.
* Develop own site portfolio after completion of the trainee programme, building customer relationships.
