Support Practitioner – Complex Needs (Residential)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Support Practitioner to join a warm, friendly, and person-centred care home in Moray, supporting adults with complex needs.
You'll play a vital role in helping residents live fulfilling lives, providing tailored support with daily routines, health and wellbeing, and personal development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a residential setting
* Supporting individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Promoting independence and choice
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
* Assisting with daily living, emotional support, and meaningful activities
Shift Patterns & Rates:
* Day Shift – £17.00/hour
* Evening Shift – £17.50/hour
* Night Shift – £18.00/hour
* Weekend Day – £19.00/hour
* Sleepover – £95.00/night
* Weekend Sleepover – £125.00/night
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in care or support work (preferably with complex needs)
* A calm, resilient, and caring nature
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleepovers
* PVG membership (or willingness to apply)
* SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
