About the role
We're looking for a Governance Administrator to become part of our central support team providing administrative and secretarial services to YDMT Leadership team and our Trustees.
Our new three-year strategy will see us helping more people to take meaningful positive action through our projects, partnerships and grants programme to support this special area. Underpinning our strategy is a well governed and managed organisation to ensure we can deliver the maximum charitable benefits.
We have a dynamic board with a number of newly recruited trustees with a great mix of skills and experience. This role will be critical to supporting our 12 trustees and small senior leadership team to lead the charity, helping to organise and plan board meetings and sub-committees, taking formal minutes and working closely with the CEO and Leadership team to plan ahead.
