The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the filtration fabrication textiles division.
Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand their market presence in fabricated textile filtration products.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
* Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new filtration technologies and industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our fabricated textile filtration products.
* Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
* Keep abreast of competitor's activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the filtration industry, with a focus on textiles.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong technical understanding of woven filtration technologies and applications.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
