About the Role
ER Recruitment is partnering with a growing, award-winning business seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support their sales team and Sales Director. This role involves managing inbound communications, supporting project deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and update management reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Oversee project timelines and coordinate stakeholder deadlines.
3. Schedule and organize meetings, including one-to-one reviews and management/HR meetings, with appropriate documentation.
4. Maintain employee records in SelectHR and update organizational charts regularly.
5. Handle purchase orders and onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
6. Assist in payroll coordination and prepare reports for meetings and internal reviews.
7. Manage the Sales Director's Outlook mailbox and coordinate sales conferences.
