Based in Chelmsford, Essex, this high-performing organization invests significantly in its team and is now looking to expand their marketing department due to impressive business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create content by designing visually appealing posts using tools such as Canva.
Produce captivating videos with CapCut or similar editing software.
Assist in managing platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
Track and report on key metrics like engagement rates and follower growth.
Your Background & Skills:
A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and design.
Proficient in Canva and have some experience with CapCut (or similar tools).
A genuine passion for social media, with some hands-on experience.
A basic understanding of trends across social media platforms.
Skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus but not essential.
A proactive self-starter with a keen desire to learn and develop.
Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
Openness to flexible working hours and travel opportunities.
