Responsibility:
The Head of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving students to Le Cordon Bleu network of institutes worldwide through the co-ordination of sales and marketing activities, within their assigned budget.
* Develop and implement the Marketing and Sales Plan to achieve KPI’s
* Manage and train sales team to achieve budget
* EMP Management, Active Campaign, tracking inquiries, and sales document management
* Suggest Business development and collaboration with third parties for B2B, study programmes and bridge programmes.
* Report on Sales & Marketing activities
Tasks:
* Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy
* Develop a sales and marketing strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
* Undertake market research, competitor analysis and surveys
* Undertake Data and sales performance analysis and recommendations
* Develop a marketing plan for leads creation and conversion [sales strategies, activities, targets, resource inputs, budget, reporting]
