Location: Flexible - our team is based in London, Oxford, and Birmingham, so any of these would be ideal.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience. Working closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support the full hiring process - from advertising roles to coordinating interviews - ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed.
You'll be a consistent point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape how people experience our organisation.
What you'll do
* Post job adverts across internal and external platforms, including our ATS (Networx), LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Design and deliver engaging recruitment campaigns, including direct sourcing for key roles.
* Screen and shortlist candidates, particularly for high-volume roles, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers.
* Schedule interviews (in-person and virtual) and support hiring managers with preparation and feedback.
* Ensure candidates receive timely, constructive communication throughout their journey.
* Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, inclusion networks, and advertising platforms.
* Contribute to our advertising strategy by sharing insights on digital channels, SEO, and emerging trends.
* Act as a "super user" of our ATS, helping improve functionality and user experience.
* Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team to provide cover and maintain consistency during absences.
* Work with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to issue offers and onboard new starters.
* Support wider Talent Acquisition and People team initiatives and projects.
What you'll bring
* A genuine passion for creating positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
* Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally supporting end-to-end processes.
* Comfort working at pace and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence engaging people at all levels.
* Understanding of recruitment best practices and how they align with strategic hiring goals.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (Networx and IRIS Cascade experience is a plus).
* Flexibility to support different teams and travel to various office or site locations as needed.
