We are looking for two Customer Service Executives to join our high performing team in Social Security:
* Customer Service Executive Line Manager
* Customer Service Executive Adjudication Officer
You'll work at the heart of the public service, helping people access vital support with dignity and confidence.
In these varied and rewarding roles, you'll support and lead a team responsible for making decisions on benefit claims such as Disability Living Allowance and Income Support.
The Customer Service Executive Line Manager position will involve line managing the team, coaching staff, managing performance, and driving service improvements across the team.
The Customer Service Executive Adjudication Officer position will involve ensuring claims are processed fairly, efficiently, and in line with legislation, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
