Immediate start, ongoing.
Full time, mixed shifts.
1. Meeting and greeting patients, colleagues and visitors
2. Organising patient appointments and telephone consultations
3. Processing and distributing in/outgoing mail
4. Taking messages and passing on information
5. Processing repeat prescriptions
6. Providing clerical assistance to practice staff as required from time to time, including word/data processing, filing, photocopying and scanning
