A Caretaker is required for a 12 month contract, working on high rise residential blocks and other manner of properties across the area.
You will ensure that the properties, communal areas and external grounds are safe, secure, clean and well maintained using a hands on approach via routine inspections and rapid response to incidents including out of hours. Normal working hours Mon - Fri, 37 hours a week.
Requirements
* Practical ability to carry out property maintenance and to be alert to problems
* Knowledge of relevant health & safety and procedures and COSHH regulations
* Able to respond appropriately to emergencies and use own initiative
* Able to carry out minor building maintenance work
