Job title: Payroll Reporting and Analytics Manager
Location: Preston – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £65,000 depending in experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing leadership and day to day management of the Payroll Reporting & Analytics Team
* Leading the delivery of all reporting, reconciliations and third party payments
* Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met
* Managing financial controls, and providing support to all audit activity
* Working collaboratively to identify issues and resolve problems
* Encouraging, supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to drive standardisation, automation and efficiency of processes, as well as exploiting data through insightful analysis
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstrable reporting and analysis experience (within a Payroll environment preferred)
* Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to a high standard
* Team leadership and people management experience
* Ability to engage, communicate, and influence at different levels both internally and externally.
Desirable
* Experience using ResourceLink (or similar payroll tools)
* Qualified accountant with a finance background
* Data analytics background
