Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator located in St Helens. The Administrator will be working with our team of surveyors and will ve responsible for assisting in daily operations in the team, managing surveyors jobs by allocating them to clients sites, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional tasks include supporting the team's administrative needs.
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
* Organisation, Time Management, and Attention to Detail skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
* Knowlege of the industry will also be of benefit but not essential as full training will be given.
Salary and Working Hours
Office working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary is £22.5-£23k depending on experience
