As a Swimming Pool Safety and Experience Specialist, you will:
* E nsure the pool areas meet all health and safety requirements.
* Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
You will also ensure that our members have a great experience at our facilities.
About You
* You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) to apply for this role.
* You should have a passion for health and fitness.
* Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills are essential.
* You are a team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
