Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join our client based in Bingham. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving company and be the face of the business.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, office based.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
The Role:
* Manage client correspondence
* First point of contact for clients via the telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Prepare refreshments for visitors
* Liaise with third parties to prepare necessary documentation
* Book and manage meeting rooms
* Manage office stock
* Manage client payment processes
* Oversee compliance throughout the business
* Resolve customer queries
* Perform general administration duties
The Candidate:
* Experience in administration
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to handle a busy workload
