Position - MSK Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist (private clinic)
This is a great opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join an established business covering aspects of MSK physiotherapy, sports therapy and general wellbeing. We are hoping to get you on board and treating patients in around 4 weeks from the interview.
The role would most suit somebody who:
* Demonstrates the skills and confidence to manage their own private practice case-load
* May already have part-time work and is looking for more hours within the industry
* Is seeking a future in private practice after gaining experience within an NHS setting
We are looking to fill hours at both our York and Leeds clinics.
About us
We run private clinics out of a gym-based environment and therefore have access to excellent equipment and floor space which enables us to treat various pathologies and cases in great rehabilitation surroundings.
The clinic was established in 2014 and has slowly expanded into 2 clinic locations across Yorkshire. We were recently awarded Sports Therapy centre of the year in Yorkshire & 2023.
We have recently rebranded to YO1Wellness from SJ Sports Therapy.

Role Description
We are looking for a confident, forward thinking individual who can demonstrate good anatomical knowledge, examination skills with reasoning and can easily make-up rehabilitation plans. This is a very client facing role so having the ability to build rapport with your clients will be the key to your success. We also expect the individual to have a strong desire to grow their knowledge further with various training and CPD sessions that we would offer.
A summary of the work you will be asked to undertake:
* Ensuring your profile and online diary is managed effectively
* Assessing new patients and putting together rehabilitation programmes, referrals and general advice in digital format
* Engage in social media activity such as posts, stories and blogs etc
* Maintain contact with your clients and strive to make the clinic environment a fun, friendly and successful space
* You may have some specific caseloads assigned to you as a HCPC therapist or Sports Therapist
* Send receipts and invoices
* Actively take part in training sessions

Requirements
* Degree level qualification in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy or similar
* At least 2 years post-graduate experience
* Fully insured (professional indemnity)

Desirable Qualities
* Full UK License and vehicle
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
* Manual therapy skills
* Previous experience within a private clinic setting
* Experience managing a wide array of pathologies & cases
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £27.50-£35.20 per hour
