Graduate Assistant
Term: End of August 2026 to July 2027
Location: Campus in Caversham, Reading.
We are seeking a team of four Graduate Assistants to work within the boarding houses, building trusting relationships with the girls and supporting the house staff. Graduate Assistants are on duty, resident in the school boarding houses, and provide pastoral care alongside the House Parent, Deputy House Parent, and Matron.
On‑site accommodation and free meals during term time are provided.
* Assist in the smooth running of the House, liaising closely with the House Parent/s and their team
* Plan and deliver a range of engaging evening activities for the boarders
* Provide academic support with student prep and revision
* Assist Matrons with domestic duties
* Assist the girls with house routines and rotas
* Be a role model and listening ear
* Be resident on the school site in provided accommodation
