We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join in our large, custom designed home in Stockton Heath. Here you will be part of a team supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. Rewards / Benefits - £31049.37 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £12.60, this will increase to £13.15 per hour when qualified. The annualized salary is based on a three long shifts equating 42.5 hour week, although 37.5 hour week shifts are also available where you would work a mix of early and later shifts, covering some weekend days.
