We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join in our large, custom designed home in Stockton Heath. Here you will be part of a team supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. Rewards / Benefits - £31049.37 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £12.60, this will increase to £13.15 per hour when qualified. The annualized salary is based on a three long shifts equating 42.5 hour week, although 37.5 hour week shifts are also available where you would work a mix of early and later shifts, covering some weekend days. Be approachable, friendly, proactive, resilient and engaging keen to develop yourself through experience, training and qualification Safeguarding Requirements Bright Futures commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
