As a Cleaning Operative with Bellrock, you’ll achieve this by:
1. Maintaining an allocated building or area within a building to a high cleaning standard, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service as specified in the contract.
2. Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated collection points.
3. Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
4. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
5. Suction cleaning carpets and spot cleaning carpets.
6. Using electrically powered scrubbing, polishing, and spray cleaning machines (after proper training).
7. Dusting, damp wiping, washing, or polishing furniture, ledges, windowsills, cupboards, radiators, shelves, and fixtures.
8. Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels as needed.
9. Cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, and drinking fountains.
10. Using chemicals as directed, after receiving proper instruction and training.
11. Performing wall washing or inside window cleaning up to a height of body height plus arm’s extension during periodic cleaning schedules.
12. Performing any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
13. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines where appropriate.
14. Carrying out additional duties as required by management, suitable to the role.
Working arrangements
We promote flexible working practices, allowing employees to work hours remotely or flexibly where roles and business needs permit. The successful candidate will work from Hornbeam Park Avenue on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 06:00 to 08:00.
