Duties
* Providing high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
* Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering professional advice
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
* Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
* Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
* Assisting with retail sales of hair care products when appropriate
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering roles is preferred
* Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and articulate clearly in English
* Demonstrable proficiency in barbering techniques and hair styling methods
* A friendly, professional manner with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
* Organised and able to manage time effectively during busy periods
* Ability to work well as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are advantageous
