A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the CIO Homes team as a Salesforce Functional Consultant to work on a set of projects on a brand new Salesforce implementation spanning multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services, Experience and Shield) to help re-platform legacy systems and place Salesforce at the heart of the business. The projects will also be a reimagining of the business processes and the customer journey providing an opportunity to use Salesforce to transform the current landscape. Beyond delivery, there will also be a need to build out the Salesforce function and establish best practise. The projects will make a huge difference to both customer and colleague experience as well as moving the bank forward with a cloud centric strategy. They will form part of a wider bank Salesforce transformation and this will provide further opportunities for candidates to work in different areas - support will also be given for further learning on the Salesforce platform in the form of certifications. Looking for people with an enthusiasm and passion for Salesforce who can articulate the scope and function of the platform to both business and technical stakeholders and how it can be used to solved business problems and to champion a low code approach Shaping and driving the use of Salesforce and be a trusted advisor within the business. Being a proactive individual willing to take a lead role to drive activities as the knowledge of Salesforce within the business is very nascent Proposing solutions with an emphasis on out of the box and low code solutions and work with the solution architects What you'll bring: Advice - able to help and guide technology and the business, blend pragmatism with best practices. Working with the technical delivery team & help keep delivery on track Help gather requirements and manage the relationship with the business for end to end delivery Support for user training and documentation Certifications: Admin, App Builder with Experience and understanding of APIs and integration patterns Experience of working in a regulated industry with Sales and Service Cloud practical experience It would also be nice for you to have.
