Job Purpose: The HR Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Senior HR Analyst by preparing HR data, metrics, and statistics, including the compilation of workforce management data and HR business intelligence.

Requirements
1. Experience in processing and analysing complex data with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvements in business processes.
3. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel or Power BI and experience of administering computerised record systems.
4. Ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively and ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
5. Effective planning and prioritisation skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
6. Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic both independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in formal and informal situations .
