Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our nurturing environment on a permanent basis. You will be part of a team committed to providing outstanding childcare in a friendly, welcoming, and secure setting. Our nursery caters to children aged 0-5 years, and we also have an out-of-school club for children up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you may work with the youngest children or support our preschool and out-of-school club.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Build professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policies.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and policies.
Requirements: What You Bring
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
* Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years
* Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
