In this role the successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of Fire and Security systems. In addition, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of said Fire and Security Systems. On top of this, you will also be responsible for both client, customer and contractor liaison as well as other engineers/third parties when necessary to integrate fire and security systems into building designs. Also, you will be responsible for producing and preparing technical documentation when required, ensuring it is accurate and up to date (manuals, compliance certificates etc…). Finally, you will also be responsible for providing technical support/guidance to customers and clients alike, attending occasional site visits as and when necessary.
The ideal Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer or similar will have a background within the Fire and Security Systems sector. In addition, you will also have previous experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering - with a 60/40 split toward a Mechanical bias. On top of this, you will also have a confident persona as well as strong communication and organisational skills to liaise with a variety of third parties, including, but not limited to: Other Team Members, Contractors, 3rd party Engineers, Clients and Customers alike. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.

Producing documentation for the systems installed (reports, manuals, compliance certificates etc…)
