The Role
Working with the Exams Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the effective administration of College examinations and processes. This includes:
* Administering all examinations and safeguarding examination papers in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation rules.
* Managing the booking of online testing centres at Bromley and Orpington sites, along with other physical resources used for examinations.
* Coordinating the scheduling of online exams, invigilators, and additional learner support, adhering to JCQ and Awarding Organisation regulations.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work under pressure, and preferably have experience in an educational environment, particularly in exams or MIS. Familiarity with the Joint Council for Qualifications is desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, good IT knowledge, and sound administrative skills are essential.
