Role Purpose:Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school’s operations, enabling staff and leadership to focus on educational priorities and student outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
* Front office management including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling enquiries
* Maintaining accurate student records and managing attendance data
* Supporting admissions, transfers, and withdrawals
* Preparing letters, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
* Organising meetings, booking venues, and arranging refreshments
* Assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files
* Processing purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash claims
* Supporting budget tracking and financial reporting
* Managing school communications including newsletters and website updates
* Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
* Supporting school events, trips, and documentation management
* Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
* Providing administrative support to other departments as required
