Salary range : £24,685 - £25,804 plus 15% shift allowance FTE : 1.0 (35 hours per week) Term : Open Closing date : 12 December 2025 The University of Strathclyde, Estates Services is seeking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to assist our Facilities Co-ordinators to manage the day-to-day operation of our new Learning and Teaching Building. This is to meet the satisfaction of our occupancy customers. The building is operational Monday- Sunday from 7am to 10pm and will require to be covered by 3 shifts. Your duties will include safety walkrounds, fire marshalling, managing deliveries, setting up rooms and ensuring that the facilities are kept to an excellent standard for student experience. This role provides an additional allowance for shift working. The shifts are 7 working days followed by 3 or 4 days off alternating each week.
