About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Families First Project Officer to support the delivery of the Family First Partnership Programme. This is a key role working alongside the Programme Lead to implement Children's Social Care Reforms and drive forward meaningful change for families across East Riding.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme that aligns with statutory guidance and supports the Council's Business Plan and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of programme activities.
2. Support the delivery of essential projects that underpin children's services transformation.
3. Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals within the Family First Partnership and wider Council objectives.

5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
6. A good understanding of children’s services and public sector transformation.
