My Nottingham Client is seeking a Project Officer to join their team.
Your new role
Project Coordination andernance
• Organise and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
• Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the production of highlight reports, dashboards, and presentations for programme boards.
Data and Analysis Support
• Collate, monitor, and track data requests
• Work collaboratively with Finance and Analysis & Insight teams to support benefit mapping and realisation.
• Maintain and update live trackers for placements, costs, milestones, and key performance measures.
Documentation andmunication
• Draft and format project documents, guidance materials, and presentations (, PowerPoints, flowcharts, and written briefings).
• Support internalmunications and stakeholder engagement
• Produce concise summaries and updates from the Knowledge Hub and other relevant sources.
Planning and Delivery Support
• Assist in process mapping and workshop delivery alongside Business Analysts and transformation colleagues.
• Contribute to the maintenance of project plans and delivery trackers.
• Support the coordination and logistics of transformation activities across the wider programme.
Team and Programme Support
• Provide flexible, proactive support across multiple transformation projects as priorities evolve.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain pace, consistency, and quality of project delivery.
• Uphold professional standards and a solution-focused approach within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
