This opportunity is suited to someone who has already developed strong people skills through customer facing environments such as hospitality, front of house, or service based roles, and now wants to build on that experience in a more growth focused environment. The ability to communicate clearly, organise activity, and maintain a professional presence are qualities that naturally translate into leadership development.


You will work closely with experienced leaders while gaining hands on experience supporting a team, helping new members develop their confidence, and contributing towards campaign performance and client relationships.

What you will be doing

Supporting the development and organisation of a small campaign team

Representing client brands through professional customer interactions across London

Helping new team members build confidence and improve their communication skills

Contributing ideas that strengthen campaign performance and customer experience

Participating in leadership development sessions focused on long term progression
