Job Description Financial Administrator
Responsible to:The General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of Wirral 3Ls financial data as required by the Trustees and General Manager.
* Processing of all forms of income and expenditure
* Bank and Cash reconciliations
* Assist the organisation in meeting all financial reporting requirements laid down by Charity and Company law.
* Providing ad-hoc financial information as required to the Manager and Trustees.
Main Tasks
1. To create & maintain financial databases.
2. To manage all forms of income, from sales receipt through to receipt in the bank
3. To manage payment of all invoices
4. To manage tutor payments for services in conjunction with the General Manager
5. To manage staff salaries in conjunction with the Treasurer or other Trustee
6. To manage bank transactions and subsequent reconciliation to bank statements
7. Assist in the controlof all cash held in the office
