We are looking for an established IT Manager for an established and rapidly growing digital business. You will be responsible for the stability, security and performance of its core IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Technology Director, this role will lead the management and continuous improvement of the organisation's office IT environment, including servers, networks, infrastructure and end-user systems. This is a hands-on leadership role in a security-conscious, high-value operational environment where reliability, operational discipline and strong technical governance are essential. You will also manage a Systems Administrator, providing technical oversight, guidance and professional development while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT services.
