Responsibilities
* Manage a varied property litigation caseload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
* Work within a recognised team in Warwick; contribute to the firm’s development through high-quality work and collaboration.
* Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Travel between offices where required; access to a car is preferable.
* Utilise flexible and hybrid working options where available.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years PQE with experience of property litigation.
* Open to Dispute Resolution Solicitors or Legal Executives.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary (£65,000 - £80,000 DOE) with bonus and benefits package.
