Oldham College is looking to appoint a Progress and Development Coach Faculty of Construction and Motor Vehicle

Salary £25,622 - £29,566 Plus Great Benefits

Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Progress and Development Coach to join our Construction and Motor Vehicle Faculty. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on learners personal growth and career readiness in one of the UKs most in-demand sectors.

The Opportunity

As a Progress and Development Coach, you will lead on the delivery of engaging, interactive tutorials and personal development sessions for learners at all levels. Youll champion employability and essential life skills, working closely with tutors to support student progress, confidence and positive behaviour for learning. From classroom delivery to off-site enrichment, youll help prepare learners to thrive in the workplace or further study.

What Youll Do


* Deliver high-quality tutorials focused on personal development, employability, and career readiness.
* Work collaboratively with curriculum tutors to tailor support and align with the broader learning journey.
* Plan and facilitate enrichment activities including site visits, guest speakers, and workshops.
* Provide targeted intervention and pastoral support to help learners overcome barriers.
* Monitor learner engagement and progress, keeping accurate records and feeding into quality improvement.
* Adapt approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners in a professional, inclusive environment.

* Experienced (or with a strong interest) in coaching, mentoring, education or youth development.
