Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer /Legal Executive
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Bromley
Hybrid working - 2 days per week
Our client a growing and supportive law firm based in Bromley is looking for a newly qualified Leasehold Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a background in residential property (or a strong interest in it) to join our growing Leasehold Enfranchisement team.
This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or experienced support professional ready to step into a fee-earning role and develop specialist expertise in lease extensions and enfranchisement work.
The role includes:
* Handling lease extensions, variations, consents and management enquiries
* Learning and progressing into statutory enfranchisement work
* Working closely with clients, agents and referrers
* Being part of a collaborative, well-established specialist team
The role would suit someone who:
* Has experience in residential property or conveyancing
* Is client-focused and keen to learn
* Enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships
