Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working exclusively with our Digital Transformation Consultancy client in their search for an experienced Account Manager


Our client partners with organisations across multiple industries to deliver end-to-end digital transformation programmes. Their expertise spans strategy, technology implementation, data and AI, cloud solutions, modern workplace, and managed services — enabling clients to modernise operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across consulting, project delivery, and managed services offerings.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and building relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, IT, Digital, and Transformation leaders).
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention, account growth, and upsell of additional transformation services.
* Collaborate closely with internal consultants, architects, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to shape compelling, tailored solutions aligned to client objectives.
* Lead high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital transformation challenges and solution value.
* Maintain strong market awareness across digital, technology, and consulting trends to identify new revenue opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

* Proven track record in consultative B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology consultancy sales, ideally within the world of data.
* Strong understanding of digital transformation services (e.g., cloud, data, AI, systems integration, ERP, CRM, modern workplace, etc.), with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear, commercial manner.
* Demonstrated success in building long-term client partnerships and delivering against revenue targets.
* Strategic, commercially astute, and highly results-driven with a passion for driving business growth.


Please note: Candidates must have prior experience selling consultancy services and technology solutions. Applicants without relevant consultative sales experience will not be considered.
