Job Title: Scrum Delivery Manager Industry: Asset Management / Financial Services Contract Duration: Rolling 6-month contract (Inside IR35) Day Rate: £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35) Location: London/Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days remote The Role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Delivery Manager to join a leading Asset Management organisation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, business-critical software into production, working closely with Product Owners, Business Users, and cross-functional technology teams. Own and manage the delivery of working software with the highest business value Manage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Business Analyst Lead sprint planning, release planning, and all Agile ceremonies Track, report, and communicate delivery progress and upcoming releases Facilitate Agile best practices and coach teams on continuous improvement Work closely with front-office, portfolio management, and trading stakeholders Ensure alignment between business priorities and development execution Support CI/CD, release management, and iterative delivery within an Agile framework Skills Needed: Experience within Asset Management or Financial Services (front-office focused) Strong understanding of portfolio management and trading operating models Knowledge of institutional investment management functions End-to-end understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle Proven experience managing product backlogs from epics to stories Expert knowledge of Agile delivery and SDLC, with hands-on Scrum Master experience Strong experience using Agile tooling such as Jira Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they meet only 5060% of the requirements, while women and other underrepresented groups often look for a 90100% match.
