Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Programme Manager and manage a multi‑functional team to develop High‑Grade Security applications and products.
* Ensure customer requirements from work orders or contracts are delivered on quality, on time and on cost.
* Serve as the primary interface to the customer, guaranteeing deliverables are produced in‑line with the project schedule and relevant gate/quality reviews.
* Plan and oversee all aspects of the project, organising people, tasks and resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
* Establish project governance, providing key reporting/input into Project and Business Reviews, Governance Gates and other Airbus Defence and Space relevant forums in line with agreed methods and principles.
* Prepare and maintain project schedules, including dependencies, resource plans and risks.
* On‑board, lead and manage a multi‑functional core team, ensuring project objectives are fully understood and achieved.
* Adhere to Airbus Quality Processes, ensuring deliverables are produced in‑line with requirements and are managed through the relevant Airbus gate/quality reviews and client approval process.
Qualifications
* HND or Degree in Business Information Technology or relevant experience.
* PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
* In‑depth knowledge of managing projects and people both locally and remotely.
* Proven track record of project delivery in a development and production environment.
