I am currently recruiting for an Office Junior/Administrator to join my client in Cumbernauld on an ongoing temporary contract with possibility to go permanent. You must be available to start within 1 weeks notice. This contract will be 20-25 hours per week, working part time. The role offers flexibility of the hours, such as 5 short days or 2/3 long days, so this is open for discussion. The role will offer £12.64 per hour.
You will be office based, ideally driving and having access to a vehicle as the location isn't the most accessible via public transport.
You will be responsible for:
General admin support throughout the office
Taking inbound calls and covering reception when required
Filing and scanning documents
Data entry into existing excel spreadsheets
