The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Nurse to join the Chapel Street Enhanced Care Home Team in Brierley Hill. The role involves providing nursing care in community settings, following NMC guidelines and participating in various clinical tasks including managing long-term conditions and delivering vaccinations.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, with an emphasis on teamwork and the ability to handle pressure. Experience with EMIS Web is beneficial but training will be provided.
