We are recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a series of uing construction projects across Northampton. This role suits someone confident in coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting overall site safety.
Role OverviewYour responsibilities will include:
1. Directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
2. Managing delivery access and egress
3. Maintaining safe pedestrian walkways and traffic routes
4. Assisting with general site duties when required
️ Requirements
All applicants must have:
5. Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
6. Valid CSCS card
7. Previous site experience in a similar role
8. Strongmunication skills and a positive attitude
9. Good punctuality, awareness, and safety discipline
