Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for leadership and process improvement?
We’re looking for a Payroll Team Leader to oversee our payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for Elior UK colleagues. This role is key to maintaining compliance, driving efficiency, and developing our payroll team.
What you’ll be doing…
* Leading and developing a team of six payroll professionals.
* Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Driving process improvements and system optimisations within payroll.
* Handling payroll-related queries and ensuring service excellence.
* Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and benefits administration.
What can you bring?
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, pensions, and benefits.
* Proven leadership experience in a payroll team.
* Experience using Dayforce (preferred) or similar payroll platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
