A leading international consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team, working across residential, commercial, healthcare, defence and public sector projects. This role offers exposure to complex schemes and high-profile clients.
The Role
1. Leading cost management services from inception to completion
2. Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
3. Supporting and mentoring less experienced surveyors
4. Working within established frameworks and repeat client accounts
5. Ensuring commercial best practice across all projects
About You
6. Senior-level experience in quantity surveying
7. MRICS qualified or close to chartership
8. Confident operating in structured, corporate environments
9. Experience working across varied sectors
