Role Overview:
In the role of Production Manager you will be accountable to oversee and coordinate our clients product manufacturing processes from concept to delivery.
You will manage a small production team, liaise with suppliers (including overseas manufacturers), and ensure all products meet quality, safety, and licensing standards, while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end production process for all product lines.
2. Work closely with design, sales, and licensing teams to bring new products to market.
3. Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
4. Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet retailer deadlines.
